    Default The Golden Goose

What I'm liking about this forum is I can share information that is difficult to talk about in most publications without exposing sources and getting into the "prove it!" yelling match. The information I present is from people close to me who I trust and I've heard enough to know its more than just hearsay rumors....

Danny Dumoulin is apparently a paranoid demagogue at the center of a major drug ring, he has a habit of beating up DJs at his club for fear that they might have been undercover cops, he's been known to pay off the police, and generally has a get-out-of-jail free card when it comes to this city. The police certainly don't seem at all concerned with arresting the man or even reducing his influence, he owns a lot of strip clubs in town. Everything I've seen seems to be the peripheral of a large crime ring based out of his various strip clubs and he's not been without his political influence ( Kokomo Tribune; Kokomo, Indiana - Dumoulin II says 'anyone butt McKillip' ). The kids that keep ending up at Kinsey Center on cocaine charges are probably connected to all this, afterall they drive down from Chicago and have a name for Kokomo, "Little Chicago." Some of the clubs owned by Dumoulin are known sites of coke *****s and they certainly have some interesting people working security.

So what about all of it? I'm not sure I care - the law is actually what bothers me more than the drugs. I wouldn't care if a Danny Dumoulin II operated in every city or town, what bothers me is that we have a police force who cowtows to the man while arresting anyone associated with him (or possibly even his competition) with the maximum penalties. I guess he keeps them employed - attracting more and more crime to the town as fast as they can bust them. Why kill the Golden Goose?
    Obedience is a sickness.

Could it be you're one of those "Competitors"? ?
