    Libya paid for the damages caused by the Lockerbee plane that was downed by a bomb on board. What is the difference between that and the Towers??

    The people that flew the planes into the towers were from Saudi Arabia. Make that country pay for the damages. Oh that's right...we can't. They have us over a barrel......an oil barrel.
