Yep Fergie will get all the little boys from NWestern if they can vote, otherwise anyone with a pulse can beat him.
Deputy Richard Ferguson has a PLAN. No other canidate has listed any changes at all.
The entire department deserves someone who will make positve changes. He appears to have a handle on generating revenue for the county, that alone seperates him from the rest of the field.
Ferguson for sheriff sounds like a winner to me!

Hahahaha, thanks for the good laugh. Have you really heard his plan, I have in roll call too many times. He wants everyone to believe he has the County council eating out of his hand and is trying to sell his changes in the pension program which will screw all current retires and anyone who retires after the election. Has he worked the new jail? So how can he say he has a plan to make changes to make it better, based on what? He's no better than the other empty promise canidates running for the office.
If you have all the answers, Why don't you run? You seem to have a bad attitude towards any body involved. Maybe the person you are really unhappy with is yourself! Take a good look in the mirror before being so negative.
You believe Ferguson is qualafied because he dazzels you with his version of what will work. No one has the answers and Fergs plan to mess with the pension and jail has everone shaking their head. I have several years before I retire so I dont want him messing with my future income. The corrections officers feel he is making promises of rebuilding the jail he cant fund or keep. As usual with him there is a lot of talk and no real plan or action. He's no better than the rest of them because he is not admin material and will allow the credibility of the department to continue to slide downhill. He will put the department on auto and allow everyone to do what they want to. We all remember his attempt to get in a union and wanted his shift to drag their feet on calls to put pressure on the county fathers. It backfired leaving him with egg on his face. Knowing Ferguson is running for office makes a lot of people think about voting for Rogers.
Rich Ferguson is a veteran of 28 yrs. He has all the qualifications and more. His ability to think outside the box is what seperates him from the others. If you are wrong he will tell you that you are wrong, if you are right and he is wrong, he will tell you he is wrong. How refreshing will that be for the HCSD. Ferguson and this county deserve each other and I will be proud to see it all come together after the present administration is long gone.
