Ferguson must be doing some things right, he sure does have a bunch of support early in this campaign. He seems very down to earth out in public. I did not know that he was a SGT. in rank, like I said, he must be doing well to earn high rank.

I like this Ferguson guy. We met at Kokomo's ribfest and he was really down to earth. He impressed our entire family with his kindness. My 80 yr. old mother still talks about how funny he was. He went to visit her at the nursing home just like he said he would. He has no idea how touched our family was by the follow up visit. Thanks for teaching our family how law enforcement can be so positive.

No candidate has the background and personality that Tarrah has to offer. He is a Trooper, but nothing like Talbert. Mike will make a great candidate and a great sheriff. The members of HCSD would do well gettting behind Mike.

HCSD does not need another outsider comming in and creating havoc! We have had that done to us for the last 6.5yrs. The ego alone is enough. Who wants to pay another double dipper to come in from the outside and rape our tax dollars?

Ive never been "called out or had a run in" with Ferguson as people keep saying when others point out his flaws, which are many. I have worked around him for several years and I see his cowboy antics behind the scene. I have learned to ingnore him while he pats his own back and spreads rumors. You go in survival mode and do your job and not let someone like him get you off track from your jobs purpose of law enforcement.
What kind of Sgt tells his shift to ingnore orders from the admin to do something?
What kind of Sgt makes fun of his Cpl's speach problem?
What kind of Sgt cuts his department and his own people down in front of KPD and other officers. FERGUSON does!

This guy rides the fence more than Trott does and in his own words, that apply to him,"if his lip are moving he is lying", this is the statement he made about Marr and Marty. You must be one the dozen or so young boys he took under his wing at NW and were willing to listen to his storys. If not you must be a corrections office that he is promising the world to and will not be able to make their dreams come true. Poster remember behind the scenes he is another person. Because if the public could hear or see his comments about people, admin county fathers and others they would wash their hand of him. So get off your little "I love Ferg and want to have his baby kick" because he's not that special!

No jackass I am not a corrections officer any longer I left for a better job not in government service but I have several friends there still. You're right half of them out there can't do the job but that's not the fault of Ferg, Blame the current administration for hiring the ones that can't do the job the way it should be done instead of being all touchy feely nicey nice with the inmates. Obviously they are in jail for a reason. It starts from Marty's asst jail commander and works its way down. The first step that needs to ba taken is to eliminate all the supervisors over there and start all over again.

Your attitude about handeling is most likely the reason you are not sill there, truth be known you were fired. They still have rights and we have rules and laws that must be followed that dictates the proper handeling of inmates set forth by civil law and the DOC. I dont think it should be a picnic for inmates but responsible people ( which you clearly are not one) obey the laws to prevent the county and taxpayers from being slapped with a lawsuit. Take a look at the recent Welkers situation it cost the county 50K and he is still wearing a badge, which show the system is broken. Vincent, when in the office and not out chasing women or his newest one who works at the CJC is as responsible as the Sheriff. Vincent and Buyers do what the want to and Marty dont really care.

The CO's dont belong under the merit system and Ferg who is know for talking out of both sides of his mouth will not make it any better. He's always done a lot of talking and very little follow through on any project he started. Its time for new blood and Ferguson isnt the answer!

Who's he{or she}slandering"Unregistered",which one... And some of those jail inmates may be innocent people who can't make bail,and haven't been to trial yet.
