Not that we want to work side by side with him, we are still scratching our heads wondering what they were thinking when they hired him and the put him in the DTF. Give the guy a bath, a drug test, put him through remedial training with a FTO to teach him police work and then put his butt back on the street patroling. KPD dont want him so we are stuck with him.

He needs to be put in the courthouse as security, not back with the working officers.

Marty is so blind to whats really going on with this guy. First the only reason he got the position is because no one wanted it! Second he want doing a good job as a patrolman and he was under-qualified to work the DTF. He always stirred things at the PD as he did at the SD and enjoyed seeing the guys upset with the rumors he spread. Maybe they need to slap him on the voice stress test and see just what was really going on between him and the CI. And dont forget to ask him why he always like to cause prblems with the troops by telling lies. Hes as much of an embarassment as Miller and Baker.

As long as Martys in office Roberson will be allowed to run free and do what he wants to. The only hope is when a new Sheriff gets in he puts Roberson back in a uniform and puts him with a FTO for 3 months to learn how to do real police work again. Proof that ass kissing is alive and well at the sheriffs department.

Do the people on the DTF get special pay for being on that team?

Yes they get speciality pay, Roberson gets detective pay.

He claims hes still working with the DTF while working out of a office at the CJC (near Marty, LOL), so he is still receiving the benifits.... The main benefit is no accountability....

The sad part is the Drug task force is a team and its clear Marty isn't letting him work with the Team since he is a instigator and at the center of the problem!

Simple solution replace him with someone more qualified, who is a team player and can work around KPD's issues to do the job....
