I'll tell you this much he was and still is a big part of the problem with the drug task force!
Its clear he cant play well with others and Talbert pulling him and keeping him under his wing has made matters worse. As most officers from both departments say " he should be put back in uniform and on the street patrolling". As far as "Matt's little secrets" maybe you should ask him, but of course he will not be up front with you..........

I got it. This is how we can get Matts dirty little secrets. We can get some skirt to wear a wire and then oh, never mind. Thats the stunt Matt pulled on KPD.
Stunt my ass, that was called police work. the only ones that had a problem were the screw ups at the dtf. why is everyone afraid to admit that MM is dirty, was caught by matt and two good officers paid the price while MM walks free?

For the most part your right, the exception is Matt was causing internal conflict way before the MM deal. See Matt wants to be in charge and has a hard time with authority. So he started rumors, lied, pitted team members against each other and carried on to escalate the problems. When things got worse Matt used the recorder in hopes it would make him out to be some sort of hero. See poster if someone else had planted the recorder first you may have seen just as bad from Marty’s boy, Matt.....................Ask the boys in brown just how he was at the SD before he got slid into the DTF job that no one else put in for. You will hear he was always stirring the toilet a trying to cause conflict between the deputies and correction officers.
Yes sir this is the kind of person this community needs working in a position that requires self discipline, morals and credibility…………………………….
