Toffee Bar Candy
Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil (I use a 9x9 to make thicker bars)
Place club crackers at the bottom of the pan
take 1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar and bring to boil on the stove
Pour bubbling mixture on top of crackers
Place in oven for 8 mins @ 350
Remove Pan
Sprinkle a bag of Milk Choc chips ontop. Once chips are soft smooth over entire cracker layer.
Place pan in freezer for a quick set. Once chocolate layer hardens..remove from freezer
Cut and enjoy
