Thread: Put Roberson back on the street?

Roberson gives an informant a recording device. The informant records a corrupt KPD officer in the act, including having sex with the informant. Davis and Kirk see the evidence mounting against KPD officers, including their chief. They do the right thing and call in an outside agency to investigate.... So now those guys are the bad guys???? Sounds like a fiction movie, only in Kokomo could it be so. Sounds like Roberson, Kirk and Davis should all share officer of the year awards. And as if that isnt enough, the State Police distance themselves from KPD and their corruption and move to the SD....And now no outside agency will have anything to do with KPD. Miller has no where to go, the chief has been publicly exposed as a bafoon, and the mayor is up to his neck in it.

No. Goodnight did NOT refer to KPD as the blue mafia. Scott Allen at Shine 99 told Goodnight in the interview that someone at a grocery store referred to KPD as the Blue Mafia in a private conversation with Allen. Scott simly asked Goodnight to comment on that and that's when he went off on Kirk then Davis then Roberson. He was totally inappropriate and out of line. Poor idiot must never have heard of the term or definition of Slander, he should get acquainted with it because he's gonna be the poster child for it.

Kirk and Davis yes, Roberson no officer of the year. Dont you have to work to earn an award?

For a guy that doesnt work he sure caught Miller in the middle of a dirty deed. Maybe Miller could take undercover investigation leasons from Robo!!

Hugger and Ultimate...no, remember those girls are to into Danny's boys...Miller, Baker, Lushin, Wines, Goodnight; that's why Big Daddy's has a back door policy either thru the kitchen for a sneak peak or up the backstairs in the private room to get your treatments...that is if your in with DD and his good ole boys at KPD.

Miller was supposed to "serve and protect" the CI from the bad cops that were involved w/DD and the tape reveals that he only "served and protected" his own head between his legs and those cops listed on the rap sheet. Thank God that girl came from a background of respecting cops that do there job for the right reasons. If Miller wants to sue Marty for stating the facts that he was off on sick leave for the stress he created...what about the CI---when her place burnt not once but twice in a matter of 5 days with a meeting to be with the insurance company the next day; she lost what was there with no coverage and KPD saying "Oops, sorry, you have a lawsuit against the city, we aren't going to look into anything for you, go find who did this yourself or leave it to KFD; your a tax paying citizen but we won't serve nor protect you." Sounds a little fishy to me...seeing how the night it happened is the day Kirk and Davis sent out paperwork in regards to thier appeal. Also, don't you think it's a little odd that the questions around the "CI", if she really was an informant all comes from KPD...but, I thought I saw her up there sitting and waiting all day to testify and it was the attorney from the city that said they didn't think she needed to be there and her information was not needed and was irrelevant to the proceedings and sent her on her way after they got done with there questioning and it was the defense attorney's time to play! Again another dead fish in Kokomo Creek! And the packet, has anyone looked at it...from what I'm told, even what Miller typed in there and admits he handed in lists her as an informant but also states what the packet should have in it's contents...where are those things, according to what I've seen-even what Baker got caught with wasn't the whole thing...where is it all, in MM's garage or Baker's fireplace, and if the CI is so crazy like the mayor tries to say...why are they so scared of what she has to say. Kuddo's for Robo, Davis, Kirk, and Trott; sorry you had to be done this way!

Only because Miller got caught before Matt did. Oh thats right Matt set up Miller. Maybe someone should set up Matt and expose his dirty little secret.

Take time to talk to the guys at KPD and you will find Roberson's alterer motive for setting up Miller. Hands down Miller was wrong and should be fired. But the guys believe Matt was setting people up so he could look like a hero and get promoted. Knowing Matt I wouldn't doubt this for one second!

It worked too. Robo got a big raise.
