Nope, I was with a crowd that included black folks, Hispanics, one couple from China (legal immigrants) and whole bunch of other people whose age ranged from (I'd guess, not including the kids I didn't count) from late 20's to probably mid '50's.

Though we weren't 'jerking off', many of us were nearly in tears more than once.

One particular moment, with hundreds of clergy joined arm-in-arm behind the players...

That's been reported. I don't know and I could care less.

I've known a few Mormon's in my life and they're all fine people, anyhow.

Just to be fair... I don't care whether our President is a Muslim, either.

I tend to judge people by their actions... not their faith.. not their skin color... not their nationality... not anything that simple.

I think that anyone judging Obama on his religion or his birth certificate has an entirely different agenda than politics and only feeds the anger already present in today's world.

Default And why waste time on that

With such a target rich person like President Obama, why waste time on birth certificates and religion. Heck it is too easy to point out his failed domestic policy and his mis cues on the economy. We can start with all his failed policy and segway into his flawed and dangerous vision of the future of America.....could take all night.

That is exactly what the target is and the secondary targets are anyone helping him with that course he is hell bent on. Anyone that has voted yes on his agenda or anyone that has written his laws or his programs needs to be removed as soon as humanly possible. Also the ones that sit idly by and don't try to stop him are no better than him.

The problems he and they have produced will take several years to correct and many more to pay for.

A friend sent me this cartoon... from 1934... telling me to pay close attention to the 'Plan for Action' in the lower left corner...

Newsbusters.Org explains the history here (from a 2009 post):

The tagline my friend had in his email was ""Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."; George Santayana

If this wasn't so serious it would be funny. I find it hard to laugh. The United States of America will never be the same for our kids as we were raised in.

I agree. But, probably won't agree on the cause. I believe it has been caused by the greed of cheap ass conservatives that have ignored the need to keep manufacturing in America and who have bought into the Wal-Mart approach to buy anything cheap - even when it comes from communist China. We have sold our souls, our kids and future down the tube for cheap crap because we wanted to look rich.
