Yea the problem is that all these agencies try to compete with each other. It then turns into a pissing match and leaves innocent people to die like the WTC, Pentagon, and Pennsylvania. So I guess the answer is quickly passing a bill to stomp all over my personal freedoms, in the name of liberty and freedom of course...
