The Federal Courts have thrown Millers silly law suit out. In the judgement they also said Miller had no case what so ever. Yet more vindication for the officers involved. This thing is taking on a life of its own. Miller should neve be allowed to wear a uniform and should be run out of town. And now a Federal Judge agrees.

From what I've heard recently, Miller is about to be named along with the city in yet another federal lawsuit. Isn't enough enough of this guy?

But will he run for mayor?

I just wish he would run his A** out of town. Who cares what he aspires too, his goose is cooked and he will be lucky to stay out of jail. The judge spoke loud and clear about this guy, no honor, no integrity...no way should be a KPD officer.

So what is Miller doing these days? I figured he has been running under the radar since he was exposed for what he really is.
