Bipartisan=2 sides of the same coin. Both parties are controlled by the same group of elites.
Reagan was an actor, reading the script, and Bush,Clinton,Bush,And now Obama still acting like they're the leader, and still taking orders from the same group...

I will continue to shake my finger at policies that smell of fascism/socialism. They are a hindrance to freedom and personal liberty.

Obama is in charge right now. He and the congress will continue to be the focus of my skepticism as long as they are the ones running the show and putting forth these policies.

I say we Boycott all social programs to stimulate the economy. So much of tax dollars go to pay for people who do not work, it is out of control. The high prices for medical treatment is a direct result of haing to foot the bill for the unemployed and I am fed up. If people actually knew how many in this country are getting a free ride, these Tea parties would turn into riots. It is wrong that so few support so many. If we could cut this waste, lower our taxes, we could put chairities in charge of helping the truly needy instead of caring for the truly lazy. Thanks to all that have created this mess, dems and republicans alike.

He's been threatened with his job and his opinions were purposely not included in the EPA 'position paper' the agency gave to Congress.

I was talking with people in Kokomo over the weekend about this issue. Would it scare you to know over 70 percent of them didn't have a clue what Cap-and-Trade is?

Would you think it bothered them when I revealed Electricity rates in Indiana could TRIPLE as a result of this poorly-thought-out legislation?

No 'transparency' in this administration, I'm afraid.

    Thanks!

What gets me is that the debate is still burning regarding Humankind's effects on Global Warming. The jerks in congress and the media have glossed over this fact and then PRESUME to act as if there shouldn't be any debate about how to best deal with the problem.

Look at the Federal Reserve{a private Bank}that congress gave their money-creating powers to in 1913.Find out who owns that bank and you can see Who owns the country.

Default Go Obama best republican booster!

Man this guy Obama has done more for the republicans than they have done for themselves in 20 years!! He has single handed broken the unions, made people want for the republican choice again (when everyone thought they were dead) and opened the door for a huge upsurge in republicans in the house and senate!! With his out of control spending the entire country is now worried about their future. With his lack of leadership and poor posture on defense he has shown how weak he is, and now with his lack of spine in the dont ask dont tell arena he has hit another republican home run. When the republican party was on the ropes and ready for a knock out punch, this guy picked them up and gave them new life!!! And to think it has only been 6 months!!! By the time he is done screwing up health care there wont be a dem in the country that can get re-elected. The repubs need to shut up and sit back and watch....Go Obama, and Go Dem house and Senate........

Good Points. I'd add that most lefties (like the earlier poster) when challenged about what direction to move in the future seem to only want to debate about Bush.

That guy is done. He no longer matters.

It illustrates the point that the only thing that got them elected was that they were not named George W. Bush. They have no ideas to offer. Their power is unsustainable.

I have never been exposed to that theory, poster. Thanks for beinging it to my attention. Looking at the dates, it falls right in the progressive era. Is it fair to say that it was a "third way" idea from that time period?

I'll do some more reading on it over my long weekend.

Probably no surprise to anyone, but i consider myself a classical liberal. I just haven't seen an economic system that goes better with classical liberalism than Capitalism.

But again, I promise, I'll do my research.
