    Default Donnelly backtracks on health care vote

    In an article published today by the Rochester Sentinel, Rep. Joe Donnelly spoke for the first time in weeks regarding the current health care proposal. Donnelly distanced himself from his vote in support of Nancy Pelosi’s health care bill last November saying he is now in support of a more piecemeal approach to the legislation.
