    Default Broiled Bald Eagle

    4lbs plucked Bald Eagle
    Juice of 1 lemon
    cup white wine
    Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    cup butter
    Salt and pepper

Turn on broiler. Cut eagle in half and salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in a saucepan then stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Arrange eagle on broiling rack and baste with lemon butter sauce. Put eagle under broiler and broil for about 20 minutes, basting once. Turn eagle over and broil five more minutes. Serves 4. Enjoy!!

I forgot to say that meal can be served with a Spotted Owl meat sauce.

The sauce is easy to make. Cut the owl into quarters and drop each piece into the blender. Add one can cream of onion soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Place the mixture in a pan on the stove. Heat the contents to almost a boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occassionally while it simmers.
