I understand the difference between the streets of South Central and the Streets of Kokomo, but I dont believe you do. You see, the kids in the streets of south central, cabrini green, Harvey etc., they dont see any other alternative but to join the gang. They see easy money from selling dope and the act of committing violence as a necessary part of doing business. Yes, there are several young snot nose gangsta wannabes born and raised in Kokomo, but, there is also an influx of mid level gang members that come here for the profitable drug market that exist due to the local economy. They bring their gang influence with them. They fill the role of the father that some of the snot nosed gangsters wish they had. they throw money to poor women in gateway, pine valley and Dunbar, live off the system, and yes, committ crime on a daily basis. My guess is this individual is some young punk that couldnt cut it in the gangs so he attempts to belittle the local problem to make himself feel better. I do agree with some of what you just said, like I said earlier, there are some "gang" members in our area, but they are here strictly to make money. They do post up in certain areas and take advantage of those dirt butt single moms that don"t have a pot to piss in, but that's just for a place to conduct business, it's not like they are settling here, or planting roots. Most will stay a short time and dip out before the heat catches up to them. The crimes they commit are not the issue, they are shot callers for a select few, it's not like they are out doing the random bullsh*t you see in the news. as for me, you have me mistaken sir/madam, I am grown and have been for some time, I never had time for gangs or any of the such. Anything I was involved in during my youth was organized and designed to take advantage of the juvenile justice system in relation to possible capture for crimes. as I grew older, I dedicated my days to posting my experiences for a closed minded audience on this site...good luck in the imaginary world it seems most of you live in. They are filed sometimes for lets say a violation of probation in which an officer would know nothing about unless he/she comes across the person. I am sure he is incarcerated and it will be served to him there its a public record and the perspective retrieves those public records. Now that said you keep worrying about whether or not your paper gets wet and let the police worry about serving warrants.

Speaking of local law enforcement: Marty, please do the right & just thing (which is what you stand for) & help my client that telephoned you the other day about the protection order situation. Your implied attitude toward him was that since he had been convicted, he was not worth helping even though he had served on Howard County Emergency Management/Civil Defense. Well, if you do your home work; check the license on the pontiac that your ILEA academy buddy (Trooper Goode) gave you; call the owner, get their side of things, check it out....there is a lot of supporting evidence that the judge in Huntington would not allow because he narrowed the scope of the evidence & did not afford my client a fair shot at his trial. There is evidence that false police reports have been filed numerous times by the females involved & if you make the call on the red pontiac; you will realize that my partner has spoke to you several times about meeting to share information, but you have been busy with Sheriff sales & prisoner transports & unavailable. We (my partner & I ) were hoping that your officer &/or Trooper Goode, would fully follow up on the pontiac, & they did not. (I am not putting anyone down for this, I am just stating a fact). There are too many negative things about the "bad eggs" in law enforcement; & you have an opportunity to correct a major WRONG for the person that you spoke with on the telephone, earlier this week. There is evidence that these females purposely & maliciously filed numerous false police reports. Just because my client would not give up the deputy that assisted me is no reason to discontinue the conversation or to believe that he is not worth helping. Your deputy ONLY wanted to assist in getting to the TRUTH in the situation, which is far more than what anyone else in SWORN law enforcement has done in this case, at this point in time. There are several so called "law enforcers" up in Huntington that have sold out to the "DARK SIDE". Please don't be like those law enforcers that no longer care about correcting wrongs & getting to the TRUTH & JUSTICE! Help the person that called you!! Its not like myself & my investigative partner have not attempted to get your attention in order to meet with us so that we could share some of this information with you! Thank you!!
